  1. Rebus ayam guna bahan2 rebusan ayam.. kemudian, keluarkan ayam utk perap..
  2. Blend bahan perap ayam, kemudian perap ayam smpai waktu nk gorengnya..
  3. Kemudian nak masak nasi, satukan minyak, kedua2 butter, n bahan tumis...
  4. Tumis sehingga garing, dan masukkn susu, tumis smpai mendidih..
  5. Pastu masukkan beras yg direndam td dalam bhn tumis, gaul sebati, kemudian masukkan ke dlm periuk nasi. Amek air rebusan td, masukkan ke dlm nasi.. sy guna 4 cawan beras, jd air sy penuhkan smpai ke no 1.2 tu.. dan masukkan secubit serbuk kunyit n 1 kiub ayam lg.. biar nasi masak...
  6. Dh masak, bolehla gaulkan nasi dari bawah ke ats, bg sebati semua, then tutup seketika smntara nk hidang berbuka...
  7. Sambil tunggu ns masak td, bolehla buat sup. Tumis bahan2 utk buat sup, masukka air rebusan pekat yg sudah di tapis td, masukkan daun pandna n sup bnjut.. masukkan juga daun sup daun bwg.. dan 1 kiub ayam. Masak smpai mendidih, siap..
  8. Kemudian, buat sambal merah.. Blend suma bahan nk diblend, kemudian masak.. masukkan 1/4 sudu tepung jagung yg dibncuh asing.. masak sampai mendidih. Siap..

  10. Utk ayam, selalunya lagi 1/2 jam nak berbuka sy akan goreng. Jdnya, ayam yg di perap td bolehla di goreng sehingga menyelerakan 😋.
